1. Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store.

• They are available in preset denominations or custom amounts.

2. Redemption

• Gift cards can be redeemed for any product at Oops! All Clean!

• They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

• Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.

3. Expiration & Fees

• Gift cards do not expire.

• No fees are charged for purchase, inactivity, or redemption.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat your gift card like cash.

• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Items purchased with a gift card are subject to the standard return policy.

• Refunds for returned items purchased with a gift card will be issued as a store credit.

6. Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used for resale or combined with certain promotions unless specified.

• Only one gift card may be used per transaction unless combining is allowed
